3 sets of 8 reps: regular bicep curl: about 33lbs each side lat pull downs: 70lbs leg press: about 400lbs ( i cant get exactly the weight in lbs cos here we measure it by kilograms)

I wear Asics Nimbus 13... I find it just perfect lol But all of the Asics running shoes are great... I wouldn'd trade my Asics for any other shoes.
