YES! Happened to me a couple weeks ago, went to the pasta house and only ate half of what I would have normally ate (before I was dieting) and the next day I could have eaten everything in sight! I don't know if its a good or bad thing?

I hate the treadmill! Try circuit training like curves, you won't get bored and fatigued as fast because you are changing stations and doing a different exercise every 30 seconds. I would rather walk outside to but it is way to cold for that now, good luck :smile:

have you tried curves, I go with a friend to keep me motivated and I have lost 14 lbs by doing the circut training and eating right. It is a lot better than going to a gym where you have to work out with men and someone is always around to help you with the machines. Good luck!

155-160 is a perfect weight, I am 5'7 and my goal is 160. I use to weigh 125 when I was in high school and that was way to thin for my height and build. :smile:
