Yes..I know how you feel, it's hard sometimes! I was in a rut like that a few weeks ago, and let me tell ya, I got my booty in the gym everyday for 5 days...and now I don't feel like eating a bunch of food :) I think I discovered my trick...maybe it would help you too?
