  • Hello =) I am curious how long you have been diagnosed with PCOS? I am single, no kids but I want to have kids. I was diagnosed in 1999. I am not focused on fertility issues now, but the side effects of PCOS that change a woman's body - that is frustrating. Good Luck on getting pregnant =)
  • I also forgot to mention: cut up grapes in cottage cheese or cut up cherries in yogurt. Also a good snack is "sweet mini peppers" (red, orange, yellow) available in veggie section at Walmart. Pistachios are really healthy also. Ok ..... enough for now =)
