Well, I'm no what you'd call 'regular' I can get them 2 weeks apart or 8 months, doc says I'm fine, just weird.

It will reduce, but how far will depend on your age and water intake, they also say strength training helps, I just have the bat arms =(

I thought the IUD was non hormonal, if it is it should make absolutely no difference, the implanon makes me lose and the pill makes me gain, but all non hormonal contraceptives shouldnt have that affect at all

I live with my bf and he doesnt need to lose weight, but he's super supportive and he only eats his crappy foods at work so our house only has healthy options!

I just started with calories. I find it super easy to log everything at the beginning of the week and if I change what I eat I just make those adjustments. I am now looking out for my sugar, because my diet has always been high in protein and thats never been an issue for me. next I'll be sorting out carbs then fats

I don't have cheat days or meals, I just try to make things I want to eat fit in, sure I've been over a few times so far but I never schedule a 'whatever' day (cept my brothers wedding, all my calories went on champagne! )

I plateau when I eat most of mine back, if I have say 25% I'm fine but anything over 50% doesn't work for me, but everyones different

Oh lordy! this is what you have to do Walk to the shops, go to a restraunt and order the biggest steak they have (maybe get 2 of them!) eat it and realize WHY you need real food.

It's taking me forever to teach my bf, I've always been broke and he makes a lot of money, but now we're saving and he misses his $9 a cup coffee and has to put up with my $6 a kilo coffee! Ha ha
