My bf and I just spent $300 at the sports store, we got a 50 kilo weight set, wrist weights (for me, my hand doesn't hold things well) and the 30 day shred, I'm very excited to start monday =)

My bf orders from there. He did get hydroxicut but ALL of their products have been recalled because of liver damage and one person died from it so don't get that!

Pfft, I have breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack if I want it and dinner. I'm doing really well and losing quicker than I expected, I eat all my alloted calories and most of my exercise calories (cept yesterday, I was NOT hungry and was unfortunatley way under)

I love food, I eat my 1200 and exercise (eating back most of those calories too) When I started I was eating well under my 1200 I wasn't losing weigh as quickly as I am now, I dunno why it took so long but it's nice to see things change.

I have no other way to figure out what I'm burning so I go with what MFP says, and I've been losing.

No. I have been eating after dinner lately (staying under my calories as usual) and I'm losing as much as I am but I don't go to bed hungry (and apparently grumpy)

I always pack my lunch, today was a vegemite sanwich, museli bar and an apple, tomorrow is vitawheats chicken and cheese sandwich and an apple. (and a giant coffee, starting early)

I didn't lose for 8 weeks, Now it's falling off rather well. I think my body didn't know what was going on, I've never been 'fit' but I'm getting there, I just try to be under calories and sugar
