I get the same thing from people as soon as I'm smaller than them. When I'm bigger and say I need to lose weight they agree but after they just get upset that I'm doing something for me, for all the right reasons, it feels good

I NEVER use to eat breakfast. I do now, purely because I work out before lunch and if I don't eat breakfast I just feel tired and have zip energy.

I only burn 200-300 every second day (and not at the moment as I have a cold that makes it hard to breathe) I find if I burn 500-600 I have a HUGE deficit and then I just feel poopy

I am so cheap! I will NOT pay when it comes to exercise (luckily my bf's ex wife left her treadmill here or I'd have to go out in tropical queensland heat every, I go on youtube and look up POP pilates by cassie ho, she's amazing and it's a real work out

I eat back my exercise calories if I'm hungry, but MFP calculates the number you can eat by already creating a deficit, you're 500 calories under what you burn anyway so you are able to eat your exercise calories back

Hey I'm 5'5 and i was told 1200 (by a nutritionalist) I freaked out at first but I have 300 calories every meal and that many left over for snacks, on workout days I get a little extra.

We get given lollies a lot and I just send them all to work with my bf, then they're not in the house and his work mates eat them, when I really want something sweet now I have a chai latte (lipton 110 calories) and it hits the spot and fills me up a bit

my treadmill tells me how many calories I burn so I just put walking and enter the calories myself
