  • If you visit your settings, the calorie amount will drop automatically. Bittersweet moment...mine have dropped TWICE.
  • Type 1 since 5yo, been doing well for 23 years strong :) There are GREAT alternatives. Swiss Miss makes a great Sugar Free powdered mix, 10g carbs & 60 cals per envelope. Add skim milk, soy milk or any alternative & shake! Hope that helps!
  • Vodka, lime & club soda (not tonic)! The only calories are from the vodka (approx 50-70/serving) If you prefer sweet drinks, use a splash of no calorie flavored carbonated water...just enough makes it taste like you added juice :)
