Please don't feel alone! I am T1, diagnosed 23 yrs ago and have a pump (for 3 yrs). Your post is right on time for me, as I am SUPER discouraged today with all my lows. I started exercising again after 2 weeks and woke up at 3a at 38 (at too much so had to take some insulin) then at 6a at 35 then again at 12:30 with 64. I…

You look amazing. I know it's no consolation, but you carry your weight VERY well. I never would have guessed either of those numbers. Keep doing what you're doing..it's working!

Hahaha...I do Zumba in my car, in my head, in the hall...it's a serious problem!

I thought I was the ONLY person to say 5'1" & 3/4...ahahah!! I rounded up to 5'2" for this post though.

I use the Arc exclusively (at the gym of course!), the difference I notice is the incline feature. That feature is supposed to simulate a "stair stepper" combined with the glide of an elliptical. I'm not a personal trainer or anything, but I like what the Arc offers :)

This is what she was eating BEFORE she began her weight loss journey. Her "Topic" was too long for us to see the end of the sentence which is "...at I used to eat". This is what I came up with.

It's silent until you roll your mouse over it...or at least that's my experience. (I still hate it...)

Real Eggs to Egg Substitute, Regular Salad Dressing to Light, Fresh Herbs instead of Salt, Regular Bagels to Bagel Thins...I'm sure there are more :)

L1Day1 will seem like hell on earth, but it gets easier with each workout. You'll notice a difference in your ability to complete the workouts and your strength within the first week. The sore muscles will get better, you'll catch your breath and you can wash the pouring sweat away, but DON'T GIVE UP! I made it to L3, but…

Hi! I'm doing the same routine, but 30DS 3-4x/week with cardio 5 days a week. I think the video and cardio in the gym will achieve different results. I am using 30DS to tone once the fat is gone, but you may have a different purpose for the video.

28 yo, Type 1 for 23 years, insulin pump for 3 years. I want/need to lose about 25-30lbs, 12lbs down! I'm actually awake @ 4a "downing OJ" bc of a low sugar level lol! I follow my body, if I'm low & have to eat...so be it! I log everything I eat, even what's required to bring up my sugar level. It helps with staying within…

I'd like to know what NSV stands for.

My side banner includes a steak and asparagus. The banner above has a bi-level strawberry short cake w/ the reddest, ripest strawberries with whipped cream on the top. It's a test of our willpower :) I know we can fight it though
