hahaha i'm in theatre and i remember back in college in our stage makeup classes we used to practice with bruises/cuts and fantasy makeup but we always joked around about doing muscles with shading and highlights. this would make it much easier :happy:

i like to think of my eating/workouts as a week-long thing....it evens out over the course of the week. i work several jobs and sometimes just have to eat whatever they provide for us (usually pizza/donuts/bagels/some fruit) or i don't eat at all. then i'm stuck behind my desk for 15 hours and then go for a super long hike…

smoothies. too many of the chain stores add frozen yogurt and sherbert. its better if you get the all fruit smoothies but ugh. you just drink the calories way too fast and hundreds and hundreds of calories that you would enjoy more and eat less of it you just had the fresh fruit. that being said, i live in a huge…

today is my first day on here. i'm 5'11 249lbs and starting this whole thing again (a few years ago i got down to 206lbs but major stresses and a death pushed me back up there). all of these posts really inspired me!
