Last year when I crossed that line it was amazing! I crept back up but now I'm within 5 pounds of no longer being classified as obese and I'm so looking forward to that day again!! Great job and thanks for sharing and getting more people to talk about it.

Its been 7 days since I started but I only got in 6 workouts due to my work schedule. I'm going to try to do it with minimum breaks, only when work doesn't allow me because I really feel better after only a week and I have a lot of damage to undue. I put back on 20 pounds that I had lost since I moved last spring! I feel…

I just did day one of level one. supposed to do 10 days of each level right? wow, this is gonna be something. thanks for the tips on taking measurements when i start. i'll go do that right now

i love my fitbit, if you log all your measurements and such during set up it seems to be very close to what my treadmill reads re: calories burned/steps. it syncs perfectly with MFP and super easy to wear, i hide mine on my bra or on my belt

I have a pair of vintage green corduroys from high school and a very sexy dress i wore the night of my graduation that i would like to wear again (i did this a few years ago when i lost a bunch of weight for a play i was performing in but i was really pushing it with spanx on to fit into both) i'm turning 30 at the end of…

I recently turned 29 and at 5'11 my highest weight was 250. I'm currently down to 215 which is my first goal (it marks the last pound where my BMI will be considered obese) and my ultimate goal is 175, but my doctor wants me down to 150--so we'll see where my body feels comfortable. I work 2 jobs constantly, one is mostly…

i know how hard you've been working on this---keep up the great work honey!
-
that is inspiring, i really wanna get down a few more sizes and seeing these photos really helps me see that it is a reality and not just a fantasy in my head :)
-
thanks for sharing---you look great, glad you fixed a lot of your healthy problems too. seeing all these success stories really helps me keep moving forward. as of today i've lost 20# but still have 55 more to go!

i have huge boobs and i will usually wear a full coverage cotton bra, then a sports bra over that then a tank top with a shelf bra built in if i am going to be running. keeps them locked and loaded. i did finally find a decent sports bra that was made more like a regular bra with band/cup sizes at target. can't remember…

great inspiration!

i wouldn't deal with that as a regular occurrence. every once in a while yes but endangering himself and others on the road is a huge NO! if you are unhappy you need to take care of yourself first.
-
wow----luv the kelly bundy dresses, you can totally pull them off!
-
great job! whoever took the pics is much much taller than you huh? hehehe i force my bf to take pictures from very specific angles and with appropriate lighting and distance from me. i'm a picky jerk.

at least 10 cups of water today. and i'm letting my body rest from working out today---i've been overdoing it with my jobs/workouts lately so i needed to rest--besides i had my 2 yr old nieces over today today and we played dressups. no time for workouts with 2 yr olds around after teaching all day
-
i'm currently at 235 hoping to get to 175 by mid april----this could be a great chance for me to keep that number in sight.
-
great job---keep being healthy and happy

this. i usually loose a few pounds quickly during ovulation then gain 1-4 pounds back on right before my TOM then it goes back down. track everything anyway
-
we have similar weight loss goals and i log every day (unless i'm out in the field working and have no internet access)
-
great freaking job!!! really helps me visualize my goals and wanna work harder towards them. thanks for sharing

i've had my fb since it first started for university students only. it was a bored at school thing then an every once in a while thing but i use it daily now for job networking (in the theatre world its an incredibly important thing to do), keeping up with all my friends/family (only close ones are on there, i delete…

i have four tats and only the first one has had any deformation but its just kinda stretched out (on my hip bone/pelvis area). the wrist, behind the ear and middle of my back tats have all gone thru major weight gain/loss/gain and now some loss again and they're fine. word of advice that i don't think anyone can stress…

every few days but sunday is my real hey-make-sure-you-met-your-goal-for-the-week day. always in the morning, after the bathroom, before i eat or drink anything
-
i don't have that but i did unfriend someone who kept complaining about calories, then people would try to help her with ideas and then she's only eat a few hundred calories a day. several of us kept trying to talk to her about it and finally i had to stop seeing it in my feed because it was upsetting to witness/ignored…
