i used to get their jack3d. it doesn't actually speed up the weight loss but it helps keep you focused on your workouts and eager to use up energy.

i did 7 dances on my ps3 move dance on broadway game----super sweaty and had a lot of fun. helped me be way under my calories today :) oh and i found a calorie free caramel dip---yes!

luv luv luv this idea, my kitties need an outdoor enclosure and/or stroller time. i had a kittie once that had a harness that she would walk in sometimes---at the pet store, but it was only when she felt like it then it was game over and i had to carry her.
