i weight myself every morning after i got to the bathroom. i log it onto MFP every time it drops to guage how long its taking me to loose the #s and how my eating habits affect my weight. i never weigh myself after i eat anything in the day, so if i forget when i wake up--it doesn't happen. bc it hurts my head to see it…

too skinny in the middle pic (unless ur a professional model), u should be the weight where you can maintain it in a healthy way and iff a guy doesn't like 7 extra pounds you should drop him. be healthy and happy for you--not anyone else

i like romaine lettuce and spinach. add corn, shredded carrots, peas, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, canned tuna or chicken, raisins/crasins, hard boiled egg bits, edamame, and something crunchy like croutons or crispy noodles. yummy yum yum

i'd also check your carbs/fat/protein intake in your food log---see what you aren't getting enough of. you can always supplement with a protein shake or ensure or whatnot :)

ur dr seems wierd. mine keeps telling me to weight about 150 at 5'11 (girl) and i have a medium frame. get down to whatever you feel best at and eat healthy.

I had to look up advocare but know what p90x is---wow. i need to do some of these pics soon (only 5# down so far) bc this is impressive. I'm gonna check out some of these programs and try to get my bf to do them with me

i'm nearly 6 ft tall and a size 14/16 currently but have had huge boobs since is graduated h.s. during my last weight gain they went from 36DD to 38DD and its not okay. i want them back to my old size if not a little bit smaller. huge boobs (unless they're fake) tend to sag and make dents in your shoulders and cause a lot…

i've gotten down to just above 200# twice in the past few years (having been about 175# & 5'10 previously) and both times sabotaged myself into gaining back 30-40# each time.....soooooooooo not cool. its bc i see how good i look/feel and only want attention on my call. i take a short break from my workouts/eating right…

thank you for this. i've had friends this height (i'm 5'10) who have tiny frames and weight in the 120-130 range but for me that would be INSANE. i have an hourglass figure and i'm very strong. 160-175 seems great to me! don't let other's body types at the same height get you down

i'm looking somewhere around this too. but my initial goal is 175ish. the last time i was that weight i was wearing a juniors size 11 and i'm perfectly fine with ladies size 8-10. right now my boobs are giant 38DD and that is just not okay with me, i have dents on my shoulders from my bra straps.

my days are always different hours (ranging from nothing at all to 16 hour work days) and i'm always hungry at the end of the night (anywhere between 10pm and 2am). i try to just eat enough but typically end up overeating or drinking to blow off steam with coworkers. lately i've been being good and just eating some diced…

my doctor would like me to loose 100# but i'm fine with 75---i've been thru a lot in the last year too. (death in my family, huge family rifts, lots and lots of money issues, work, etc) i know how hard it is. here's a MFP toast to getting back into shape and feeling/living better for ourselves! :flowerforyou:
