Yes, in fact i bowled as a semi prof at age 17 And now i am a certified trainer/coach on ETBF level 2 I still bowl league every week, and participate in different tournaments HYE bowled a hambone? (4 strikes in a row)

Did my squat 1RM test today And have to say, i am surprised by how much weight i did. Nah, that's only because you are much more musculair from above the waist, so it seems out of proportion...i am small (except the fat belly) all around On serious note, my legs are actually my strong parts and most musculair compared to the rest Lots of work to do, i know
