I am on day 9 of level one. I started Sept. 12th. I think taking 1 or 2 days off a week to rest is going to help me. I will just do a nice brisk walk instead. Good Luck!

Yes, measure yourself right away. I started last week. This morning I finished day 7 of level 1. I am loving it. It's hard though!
