Daily Post: April 17/18 Track: no Calories under goal: No Exercise: no Been a rough week at work and home. Stress ate. Will weigh in tomorrow and know it will be a gain. We leave tomorrow morning for 5 days camping on a lake. No cell service so I won’t be able to check in until Wednesday.

Daily Post: April 12th Track: No Calories: I’m sure it’s over Exercise: None Crazy busy day at work and didn’t have my normal packed foods. I snacked on chocolate. It was there and I was hungry. Dinner was a hamburger and fries at the ballpark.

Mon April 8 Daily check in Tracked: yes Calories: under Exercise: no Knew I wouldn’t have time to exercise after work so I took a walk around campus. Not much, but a 20 min walk felt good in the cool breeze and cleared my head.

I'm also 5'9". When I am at a higher weight, it takes at least 20 lbs for me to notice in my clothes. It took 35 for me to drop a size. Once I got close to goal (the first time around... I'm back up 30 lbs), it didn't take as much. If I dropped 5 -10 lbs I noticed.

I'm feeling the same way. I feel like I just can't get a handle on it. I'm glad for this group though. It's comforting to know there are others with struggles similar to my own and we can all be here to help each other out along the way.

I've never had muscular legs no matter what workouts I do. I don't lift heavy though. Tried it for a while and simply hate lifting. I'm 40 and have always had cellulite and have always been envious of those who have beautiful firm legs! I'm embracing my imperfections these days, cellulite be damned!
