Girl get your spin on get sweaty and stinky that's what it's about! Challenging yourself my spin instructor won't even turn a fan on for us so that we purge all the junk out, if they look and smell good after a class then they aren't working hard enough!!

Get a small plastic spoon and have. Spoonful of everything omit the bun on the burger , allow yourself one drink. Have fun it's just one day don't over do it but don't deprive yourself. Tomorrow is a new day.

I workout in the morn and sometimes I just end up keeping them on since I'm a stay at home mom and never have time for a shower anyway lol

Welcome! I have previously lost 25 lbs on here and love it went thru a bit of a rough patch when my husband lost his job but I'm back and on full blast! Great job I too was a monster addict fortunately I didn't have any withdrawals. I stopped drinking them and anything with artificial sweetener now my only drinks are water green iced tea and one iced coffee in the morn. Good luck this is gonna be great for your body!

I take a fiber supplement in the morn and evening with a big glass of water it really works ;)

Always have healthy snacks if your still hungry after a big glass of water eat something small. And if you workout that will give you extra calories just in case you do need to go over them. Your body should get used to the amount of calories soon it took me a couple weeks before I was used to eating less. Fill your day…

I was reading the other day that aspartame actually makes you more hungry and I've been without it for a week and have to say I do feel less hungry. I make a a huge jar of sun tea and sweeten it with stevia. That's my go to when I'm sick of water. :)

I use the nonfat Greek yogurt in place of mayo in my tuna salad, egg salad ect. And I also made my own ranch dressing with it 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk the 30 cal variety , and 1 pack dry ranch mix. It is sooooo good!!

Have you tried the skinny girl wine? I like it but I usually drink vodka it's 65 cal and zero carbs use a no cal mixer and relaxxxx I too have a 7 almost 8 month old I know what you mean

Just wanted to share a little something I made with you all I lined a cupcake tin with turkey bacon poured eggbeaters in the center added a little cheddar cheese and made bacon egg and cheese muffins so good and very low in calories!

Ezekiel bread I have it every morn for breakfast. It's loaded with fiber and no preservatives. It's pretty dense so very filling. I find it at the grocery store it's usually on the top shelf but I keep it in the fridge because of the no preservative thing it goes bad fast if you don't. :)

This is a great challenge as it is the key to weight loss I have a 32oz jug I drink out of all day and I at least try to drink 3 everyday! You'll be surprised how much of a difference drinking tons of water does for your weight loss! Bottoms up

Omg throw them away! If you have to have Oreos have the carb well sugar free ones they are 100 cal for 8 and I also have to say I tried the healthy choice Greek frozen yogurt in vanilla bean and it was AWESOME! One container is 100. Cal.

Well this week I got sick with a head cold and the baby has been teething so I'm up more during the night so my workouts have been put n the back burner.
