I didn't include my starting weight and goal weight for this challenge: starting: 230; goal 220 I'm trying to eat clean also, cutting our carbs as in bread, pasta, sugar etc.. as well as cutting wine/alcohol out all together although I didn't do so well with that last night. :(

I'm in for a weekly weigh in. I usually weigh myself on Mondays. It's a mental thing but I think it keep me more accountable over the weekend knowing i have to step on the scale Monday morning. but I would participate on any day that is picked.
