If I readjust my calorie intake to 2100-2000 will that be better?

Thanks for the input everyone! I would like to clarify a few things I do not dehydrate myself when I take my weight, and also I only drink water or milk. No soda or beer.

I think i could be sodium as I have a large amount of sodium in my diet.

thanks for the info :) However I do not feel as if I am starving and do not feel much hunger when I eat 1800 to 1900 calories per day
