  • Do stove top with olive oil. It only takes about 15 minutes to cook. Cheaper, healthier and I think it tastes better. Throw some parmesan cheese on it while it's still hot. Yum!!!

  • I cook mine with a little less water than suggested so it's thick and add just a little half and half, usually a tablespoon or less to about a cup of cooked oatmeal. It's really good with blueberries or peaches. The half and half gives it a great flavor without adding too many calories.
