I ordered mine as well today! Last year I did her Ripped in 30 and liked it. Hard but rewarding. We should be starting at the same time!

Day 5 done!! Whew what a difference a week makes!!

I just finished my Day 4 of week 1. At the beginning of the week my muscles were sore, but today I felt great afterwards! I know she recommends doing 5 to 6 days of workout with at least 1 day of rest...how many days a week do you guys plan on doing it?

Hi I'm kimber. I have a 13 week old son. My current weight is 151. I plan on adding this challenge to my other challenge during august. On Monday I started Jillian Michael's ripped in 30. Day 3 completed!

I started Ripped in 30 on Monday. The first day I was exhausted. However I just finished day 3 and I can already tell I've been able to complete the reps much better. Kind of a love/hate relationship with these workouts....hate them during, but love them afterwards as I have so much energy and feel great about myself!
