I can totally relate. I lost 50 pounds, gained 15 of it back. I am almost at the weight I was last year. They key is increasing my water intake, hitting the gym, and of course watching what I eat. you can do it! Welcome back!

I was actually wondering the same thing. My twins are 4 and I was wondering if I will ever lose that tummy without having surgery. I'm not gonna have surgery so I will have to work my butt off and continue on my weight loss process to get it down. Lord I hope it works.

I try not to judge anyone because I am not the judge. What I do like to do is offer positive reinforcement for anyone that may be struggling. I still have a long way to go, but I encourage my family and friends to take the proper measures for a healthier life. We need less judgment and more helping each other...

I was actually wondering how the 2 systems compared because I was gonna try WW. Happy that a friend recommended MFP to me. I'm losing, while being conscious about the food that I eat. I Love this site and the people that I have met throughout my journey. LOVE MFP!!!

OMG I love Olive Garden!!!! My manager took me there for lunch the other day I had the soup, salad, and 1 breadstick (very hard to do because they are delicious). The Zuppa soup is my favorite! I would certainly work out a bit more if you go there.

It's bowl portion. I love their lunch combos! I usually have to divide mine for lunch and dinner.
