I agree, but it also depends on the kind of food you eat. Spent most of my later high school years and college years eating between 800-1200 calories a day--never doing that again! lol.

At 5'4'', my highest high school weight was 165. My lowest was 131. I'm about 70 lbs from my lowest weight, but after two babies, I'd be happy to get back into the low 150s!

Welcome to the AF family! Lots of good advice...practice running outside...if you can't continue to run for 30 minutes straight, keep working on it and then work on throwing some speed intervals. I'm also 5'3.5! My best college weight was 120, but I'm well over that now after two babies and not eating so great. I've been losing steam on my usual health focus, but it's great to see stories like yours to up the interest again--thanks!
