You look so fit and healthy--such an inspiration! It's been about five years since I've been in the 150s...job, marriage and two kids have pushed my weight up...need to get back there!

Same boat myself...29 with two kiddos. I haven't lost 50 lbs, but you're definitely an inspiration for me to want to get there!

That's awesome you lost 40 lbs! That's how much I want to lose. For weight training, I use FitnessBlender on youtube. They have weights videos or cardio...it's easy to find and is a good workout as long as you have some weights at your house!

You look awesome--great job!

In my experience, although I love Diet Coke, it makes my joints sore, makes me bloated and slows my weight loss. It actually makes me crave sweets...you know all that research they talk about the sweeteners confusing the body...all that jazz. Aspartame actually does have elements that convert to formaldehyde-type…

I'm similar! 28, 5'4", in 180s and hoping to get to 140s. Definitely have gotten more into weights also!
-
Pretty girl! Good job :)

Wowza! I definitely need to do some heavy lifting :). Y'all have weightlifting schedules to share?
-
I've noticed that both quality and quantity of food consumed effects my weightloss. However, if I eat clean, my body isn't as stubborn in holding onto food. I definitely need to get a more structured weightlifting plan to burn more at rest also!

Awesome inspiration--you look great!

Enjoy college, don't starve yourself, take advantage of learning new things and being on your own! 7 years after college, & 2 babies later, i'm 5'4" and 188 lbs. Hoping to lose 40ish more!

You sound like me! I KNOW what I am supposed to do, but it takes something extra to actually do it! My husband also has a food addiction, so there are usually arguments about food if I don't give in. Feel kind of stuck at the moment...need a live-in nutritionist!
