I had bad eating habits so changing them was hard. Um I think I just thought to myself, "Is this food going to bring me to my goal? I can have it another day, its not going away. It'll be there when you hit your goal weight." Weird but its worked for 10 pounds.

I was a chip fiend before I started this. I tend to binge at night, I am STARVING at night. Idk why. So I tend to leave 300ish calories for 8-10pm so that I have the calories to eat if I want.

Thanks. But I'm not planning on weighing daily for much longer (maybe, we'll see how it goes). I'm gonna try to not weigh at all for a week, starting friday. I have a bit of an addiction to the scale, from my ED past. Oh and I don't work out yet. I'm going to focus on that once I can stop 'worrying' about losing weight.…

Thanks! Lol I just didn't know. I felt like it was cheating to put the lower one :p It sure feels like cheating. I feel like these first 11 pounds have come off waaay faster than I thought it would.

I dont meal plan or pre-log. I wake up not knowing what I'm going to eat today. I think of what I'm gonna eat for lunch about an hour before. I plan our dinner at around noon so I can defrost meat, but thats all. I pretty much just go with the flow.

I thought having a food scale would make me seem a lil crazy, but its helped a lot, and I couldn't imagine this journey without it! Plus my husband doesnt mind it. It sits on the microwave til I use it, and I only use it when I eat. Its not that crazy. He made jokes when I first bought it, but it stopped by the second day.

Ice cream - I buy those ice cream sandwiches. Only 160 calories. I leave room for 1 or 2 at night lol. Chips - I don't buy real chips anymore cause I would go to town, but I like pop chips if I'm craving. Cakes and cookies - if my husband wants chips ahoy, I'll get them. Thanks but I think I'll just skip the tonight's HH in favor of a veggie burger and make the next one in a couple days and skip that too. I'll check out ST. Any more suggestions?

Laughing cow pepperjack cheese + 12 pita crackers or 10 saltines = 155-175 cal PB2 + chocolate rice cake = 105 cal Parmesan & herb popcorn = 340 a bag, but I usually share with boyfriend so half So yeah. The top two are my go-tos. I wish I had more variety lol.

I never thought I was doing IF until I read this thread lol. I don't eat until 1-2pm. I do have my coffee but another than that, I dont get hungry until then. Idk about added benefits tho. I lose weight just like anyone else.

I know when I started a new workout regime, I gained 1-2 lbs the first few days. It went down after my body got used to working out.

I don't eat back my calories, just because I dont trust MFP's 'calories burned' estimates. I just eat my 1300 calories a day and not add my exercise to MFP
