What kind of running store? I'm not sure what stores do that. I live in a big city so suggest a couple and I'll probably be able to find one here.

Are there any running shoes you would recommend? I bought the current ones I own art old navy and they are definntely not high quality but will last until i can afford good quality running shoes. But there are so many out there, i don't know where to start.

I dont have a concrete plan, but I'll definitely be going shopping for a new wardrobe when I hit 130! And I might possibly get my rib tattoo done if my belly looks flatter by 130ish. I might wait for that when I get toned up.

With a past eating disorder, of two different polar opposites (going from anorexia and then BED while in recovery), its hard. Its been 2 1/2 months and I've only lost 10 pounds. I've been battling my binges.

I dont eat breakfast. I'm never hungry when I wake up. I get hungry around 12-2pm. But if you dont want to snack at night you could always add 200ish calories to your breakfast.

They're puerto rican. Yeah he said they always ate relatively healthy growing up so I dont think it'll be super unhealthy foods, like nothing fried or anything like that.

Drinking water can flush out sodium that causes you to hold onto water weight, which will make you lose on the scale. You can also drink water when you think youre hungry but are really thirsty. Thank you guys. I wasn't planning on pigging out or anything, but I want to be able to relax. Hopefully I've prepared myself for portioning my food out correctly without using my scale lol. I think I'll be okay but going to cross my fingers that I dont gain so much back when I come back. :tongue:

I weigh every day. You just have to keep it in your mind that if you didnt eat over your TDEE, and you still gained weight, its either water weight or food weight (or poop lol I've lost up to 2 lbs from a good poo tmi!)

I skip breakfast and dont usually snack during the day so that I have enough calories left over at night when I usually binge. It keeps binges to a minimum. It works for me.

I get a mcdouble (380), mcchicken (w/ mayo, 390ish) 10 piece nugget (like 400 i think??) at mcdonalds, or a bacon double cheeseburger (390) at burger king. Everything at Wendys except for the chili is super calorific. I dont know about taco bell or kfc. Havent tried that while on this diet. And never been to waffle house.

And I've tried arctic zero before. Its like water and flavoring. Gross. I see they came out with a new line of 'creamy' arctic zero, so I might try that next time I have 6 bucks to spare on a pint of ice cream ;)

I have tried that! Its good but not great for my daughter at night (when I crave it) cause my food processor is SO loud. I picked up some Edys chocolate ice cream and went to town last night. It was awesome.

I'm gonna see if Edy's slow churned french silk is at Walmart and if not, I'll see what other flavors they have cause that sounds good lol. Since half of you recommended that one. ;)

To be happy with myself and my body. To not have a protruding belly (almost there, actually, on a good day) To be confident in a bathing suit by next summer so that I can take my daughter to the pool To fit into my size 3 jeans and the last time I fit into them was at 140 pounds so 40 to go.

I only fasted when I had an eating disorder. I once fasted for 4 days. I now do intermittent fasting unintentionally cause I dont eat til like 12-3pm.

I've had my scale for about 4-5months, and I use it.. eh, probably 7-10 times a day. Mostly for meat and snacks. I dont weigh everything.

I've known about this site, its real popular on the old ED site I used to go to lol blah. A tad disappointing to hear it might take til October 22, 2016 to get to 120, though. I will be about 140 by my daughter's 2nd birthday though!

I'm 185 pounds and I've eaten 1500 many times and lost weight. I ate 1700 yesterday and I still lost weight according to trendweight. I think 1600 would be just fine. I try to stay around 1200-1300, but some people can't do that.

I'm only one inch shorter than 5'4 and I dont see anything wrong with 119. It all depends on your bone structure. I was 115 pounds and I looked healthy.
