I'm 5" 7 1/2". I'm 43 years old. In 2006 I weighed 256. Last summer I got down to 142 but gained some weight over the holidays. Currently I am 147 but have set my goal to 129.

I've still be hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. Doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio on most days and weights for 45 to 60 minutes 3 days a week. Been trying to watch my calorie intake and keeping snacking to a minimum. The past 2 weeks I have lost 4 pounds total. Been happy with that as I am in my 140's now.

Well my weight seems to be coming off slow but steady, a pound here a pound there but I'm happy with that. 5 pounds off so far since the Snowflakes to Sunshine Challenge started on January 1st. I have to remember I didn't put it on overnight and It's not going to come off overnight either! :D

My weight is 151!! Down another pound this week. I'm happy with that.

I only lost a pound this week but I was happy with that. I've been eating healthy and trying to watch my sodium intake. I try to go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week to do 30 minutes to 60 minutes of cardio and weights 3 times a week.

Well today was my final day of the 30 day shred. I took my after measurements and lost 2.5" in the waist and 1" in the hips. The rest of my measurements stayed the same and my weight stayed the same. The meltdown is a very good workout. I've never done any kind of yoga before but I heard this is more "revved up". LOL. You definately feel it when she makes you hold each pose for 15 seconds!

I also just bought it a couple nights ago. I have done it once so far. I am also finishing up on the 30 day shred. It seems like a nice workout.

Sunday was my day off. So today I did L3D6. I'm definately noticing some more arm definition.

Level 3 isn't too bad. Actually though I do have to do modified versions on some of the exercises. In some regards I almost think level 2 is a little tougher!

Yesterday at Walmart I picked up Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. I tried it this morning for a change of pace. It's a great workout. I think I will alternate between the shred and yoga.
