  • I'm 52 and would love to join the group. I have 80 to lose, having regained 20 over the last few weeks as I focused on taking care of my sister who is ill. I let all the bad emotional eating habits return, but I'm determined to refocus on my own wellness too!

  • I'm pretty much at a similar pace - walk at 3.8 and run at 4.5. The first time I tried C25K I thought I had to try to run faster, but learned that first I needed to work on endurance - and I still do. Just do what you can and don't get discouraged. Repeat sessions as you need to. It isn't about keeping to the C25K schedule…
  • I too tried last year, but didn't complete it. I got really sick, had to take a break and never got back to it. I'm definitely in - and can use the support of group motivation!

  • Hi Amanda, Happy to be a buddy. I've been on the journey for a while and had gotten off to a great start only to slide backwards in the last few months. I'm recommitted to focusing on me and definitely could use some support as well. My long term goal is to drop another 75. Friend me if you like. Bernadette
