I lost inches quick when I started the 30 day shred. I gained 2 pounds and lost 2 inches in the first 3 days. my scale also told me that I went from 51% body fat to 47% body fat. so, It does happen. I can see the difference in just 4 days!! WoooW!! Are you doing anything else besides the 30 day shred? other excercise or specialized diet? I'm starting mine over today, because I missed too many days on level 2. I cant wait to see your after results!!! Keep Going!!

I'm on level 2 of the 30 day shred, and Its kicking my butt. I have already started noticing the differences though. I still keep gaining weight from the muscle building, so I decided not to weigh myself until im done. How is everyone else doing? Pictures to come soon.

hahahaha. I'm right with you!!! lol. I've been sleeping so much more than I normally would, just because I feel so beat up!! lol. I'm on Day 9 too.Im really scared about level 2 on Sunday!! I still can't do level 1 at 100%.

I'm in the same boat. I gained exactly 2 pounds by my 3rd day. Today is day 7 for me, and I've lost one of those pounds. But I also have to add that I have one of those scales that measure body fat percentage, and before I started the 30DS, I was at 51% Body Fat, But for the last few days it consistently tells me I'm at…

I use a heart rate monitor with a cheststrap. I usually burn around 300 calories per workout on level 1.

Today is day 6 for me!! I modify it as much as I have to, my bust is too big to be doing those butt kicks. lol But so far so good. Everyday I can do a little more. Good luck everyone. Add me. :drinker:

no loss.... Still the same for me this week. I started the 30 day shred this week and at one point I even gained 2 pounds, but I know it was probably just muscle or water. either way, I'm back to 265.2. Hopefully well see a loss next week. good luck everyone!! :happy:
