I also took a few days off from the 30 Day Shred, but (late) last night I remembered the commitment I made to myself to see this thing through, and I did my L2D2 workout. Man, I dread Level 2.....but with a few modifications, it wasn't so bad. I'm planning on doing it again tonight. We CAN do this! It doesn't need to be…

I'm still in! I started Level 2 Day 1 today....took 3 rest days during Level 1, which I always came back from feeling stronger! Rest days are important! During Level 1 I was able to up my weight to 8lbs during most of the exercises, except those killer Anterior Lift with a lunge and the first circuit squat with bicep lift.…

All that work in plank pose is a challenge!…

Day 1 Level 1 - done! I prefer to workout in the morning, but didn't have the chance to do it until 9pm tonight....so happy I did it!

Count me in! My name is Rebecca, and I've made it through Day 5 of Level 2 previously....I'm determined to make it all the way through this time! I'm looking forward to having some accountability and support this time around. I just turned 45yo, am happily married without kids. I have been wanting to lose the same 10…

I have been super interested in trying TRX and wanted to get my own system for home use. After a little research, I found another suspension system that is half the price of TRX and has a few improved features, such as the straps being separate from each other instead of sharing a single pivot point (which allows you to…

Congratulations on your progress! You look GREAT! Isn't the body amazing in it's ability to change?!

I think your personal story and history of being overweight, and the success of losing that weight will only contribute to your becoming a successful nutrition coach. You'll have empathy for your clients who are struggling to lose weight and you will know they can do it...because you have! You're doing an amazing…
