Anything with pasta with olive oil followed by a piece of chocolate.

salt, pepper the chicken then roll in ground almonds. Place on baking paper with asparagus and sweet potato ( or anything you desire) salt and pepper then spray with olive oil. Bake for 20 min on 350. YUM!

crunches don't tone abs as much as planks unless you do the twist with the crunch. I have a toned tummy...do diff planks. Google it and you will find a wealth of info for a tight tummy :) Good luck!

I bought a brand new SUV and the same thing happens.....I park around no one and when I come back there are one or sometimes even 2 cars next to mine. I have 2 dents already......grrrrrr! I feel your pain

I like watching TV on the treadmill; no matter......it keeps my mind off how hard I'm working...lol. Not to mention that it makes the time go faster. I can go farther and work harder with my mind focused on the TV.
