Well when i started this i felt the same that because i wasn't toning my body by exercising i was just dieting. Dieting is important but if you wanna feel great and be toned exercise is key as well!

Hi Im naythan, I am on my 3rd week of using the Fitness Pal. I hope it working it has seen to be for me. Just curious, i maintain my calories but when i exercise it add more calories to my daily intake ? What happens when i dont fulfill these cals?

Hello everyone, im on my third week of my fitness pal. It seem to be working i suppose! But what if my exercise increases my calorie intake but i don't eat the calories is that good or bad? And any tippers on any healthy recipe for dinner tonight??
