I just got my lab results and my Triglycerides are the only normal one. I have lost over 100lbs and eat mainly fruits and veggies. I am having them rechecked because they drew blood late afternoon after drinking and eating all day so I don't believe these are correct. (I had not ate in 4 hours) prior to lab draw but still…

I have lost over 108 lbs in a year and a half with eating healthier. But I too have gained a few pounds back after adjusting to eating a bit more around 1300 cals most days. I do about a 30 min workout and wear a S7 watch for my cal burn etc. I started implementing more weight so I think it is muscle (that I see and feel)…

It depends on how I feel in the morning..but mostly weekly on Mondays or my days off. Not good to do it everyday and should weigh in about same time before you eat breakfast.

Oh yes just saw your post of the calorie intake this is what I am doing as well..for most part. Plus 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week..feel so much better.
