You are all inspiring me! I used to just think I was "big boned" and no matter what happened I would never look "thin" but several of you have the same body as me. Now I know if I just stick with it I can get my body to a place I thought wasn't possible- and STILL be healthy!

Sarge, I asked if there was a modification to the weekly challenge that you can do to still participate. Here is the option: "Her challenge will be to not drink her calories! So pretty much everything she does drink daily should be calorie free." YAY!

Shelley- yes it is 100 oz per day. I looked up the calculation and that is 2.95735 liters per day for a total of 11.8294 liters today through Saturday. Does that help? Mal

Is there anything I can do for a team member who cannot physically drink 100 oz of water a day? Medically, her stomach can only hold 4 oz at a time and is slow to process. I don't know if this has come up before in past challenges so I thought I would ask. She is fine with the daily challenges, just not the weekly. Thanks!…
