Good morning! I am beginning this journey at my highest weight - 272 - about a month ago. I managed to loose 4 pounds in the past month and I'll take it! You are not alone in this journey girlie. I am just getting started in developing this new lifestyle, but the one thing I had to get real about was logging EVERYTHING I eat - the good, the bad and the ugly. Unfortunately I was one of those people whose thought pattern was "if no one sees me eat it....". This is the first way I am getting real with myself.

Wow! What a difference 30 pounds makes! I am so proud for you. I am just beginning to start MFP again at 269.8, and seeing your post first thing really shows me that this can be done! Look at you! Congrats!
