I have dealt with it in the past. I stopped walking/jogging and just focused on rolling a frozen water bottle under my foot. I stand up a lot for my job and the water bottle exercises made it go away. I even had stitches in my foot for a week after Easter and last week I was able to walk a 4 mi trail with ZERO foot…
