i am 5'6 and my wrist is 5" tha calculator says i am a small frame... i disagree, anything under 140 and i look ill... 'lollypop head'.. i have very skinny wrists and ankles tho... am i a freak?? :blushing:

i hate jillian today... i even swore at her today! i just failed half way through day 3 level 2, not been eating/drinking properly last few days and it really shows in my fitness! going to go back a step to level one for a few days :-(

i usually work out after work as i already get up so early its impossiple to get up any earlier to work out, but having a few days off this week so going to eat breakfast and then work out, see if it helps. after work i feel sick when i am working out. x

yes i am really tired, going to bed early having long sleeps, i have dropped my cals to 1200 (but i do eat most of what i earn exercising too), i am putting it down to that.. maybe i/we need to look at what are making up our calories and get more nutrients in there? i had to have an unplanned rest day yesterday as my body…
