  • I plan it out and log it night before.....and if I am too high I calories a adjust it a little on the ww side. ....I make sure I get my points even if I am a little over calories....I did notice the ww points cut out a lot of the junk food that claims to be healthy....lol....I love how I pay more attention to sugars and…

  • I was logging on th ww app and the mfp app....but I have the ww journal...I really like seeing what I eat planned out on paper.....however use mfp just to see calories...and micros....best of both worlds.... How about you?

  • Hello... I am no week 2 ww... still logging mfp.....I love the points.... easy to plan... but I keep track of calories....its easy to go over calories if not carful of choices ...

  • It bugs me a little that fruit is free....I wonder if there is a limit to how much someone can eat....lol.... I ate probally way more watermelon then I should have ... I love love love it.....lol....
  • I lost 4.2lbs last week .. and I hope week 2 is as good to me......I have still been logging food on mfp.i need to know my calories too..lol..and my micros ... I am probally just king more work for myself....I think having the weigh ins in the meeting really help keep honest....im liking the points a lot so far.
