  • Just to update I burned 1205 calories yesterday and loved every minute of it! This was a fantastic idea and I'm up for a second round next week if you all are. I have healthy respect for the Joker! :drinker:
  • I'm little behind as well but I'm loving L3! I think it is a little easier than L2 and a lot more fun! Clothes are definite starting to fit way better. I have a feeling This year I'll be going through all the Jillian exercise DVDs I bought in the summer. I can't wait to see the end result of 30DS!
  • Seeing you keeping up with each level daily is making me more determined to catch up with every one and finish up on time ready for RI30. This is the longest I've ever stuck with one exercise. I think I'm a big Jillian fan! :)
  • I’m so sorry to hear of your injury and I hope you get better soon in time for RI30. :)
  • I'm in! My errands, taking the kids out and about on walks, jogging and 40 minutes of Circuit training, general should get me to 1000 cal! I recently gave myself the challenge of burning up to 1000 cal on the weekends so this challenge is just perfect! :)
  • I'm on L2 D7 and a little behind everyone but doubling up whenever possible so I can Finish this at the end of Oct just in time for Ripped in 30! But in the mean time I can't wait to finish L2. I really don't like all the planks you have to do here but it is getting easier.
  • Hi all! I'm from the UK and have been wondering the same thing! Feel free to add me everyone! :)
  • I'm so glad I've found this group since I'm doing the 30DS and would like to do another of Jillian's workout DVD. I would love to do Ripped in 30.
  • I'm on L2 D2 but I'm doubling up whenever i have the energy and I've also been doing other exercises (walking & jogging). So far I've lost 7LB and also dropped a pant size! I can't wait to see more changes after L2 & 3.
  • Level 1 is out of the way at last! Level 2 here I come! I'm planning to double up whenever I have the energy so i can be on track with everyone before L3 starts.

  • I agree with you all! Don't worry about days missed and work at your own pace or double up whenever you have the energy to spare. That is what I'm doing since I've missed a couple of days at the start but now I'm on day 7! Just keep going and be kind to yourself when things don't go according to plan. Good luck! :)
  • Thanks for the tips! I usually try to make these Pilates posture and engagement moves part of my daily routine but I forgot to do them for a while. It is great to be reminded! Thanks again! :)
  • Hi, I'm new to Pilates and it is challenging but your muscles and especially your core will get strong fast. I did it for a week ( a while ago before a got distracted by other things) and noticed a great difference. By the end of the week i could do some of the moves that i was struggling with before. Those who regularly…
  • Hi all, I'm joining in a bit late but I'll catch up. I've started the 30DS before and got distracted by life but I'm going to finish it this time. :) SW: 180 CW: 178 GW: 140
  • Oh wow!! You look fantastic! You are truly an inspiration to us all.
  • Hi there! How about looking into Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs? It is 40 min long and it is set up in 3 levels. I've only started today at level 1 and I was pouring with sweat and out of breath in no time. I have come to the same conclusion you did about my lower body and have decided to focus on my legs and butt…
  • I'm in! I'm new to this site (just joined today) and wanted some motivation to start my exercise plan. 30DS is one of the workouts I've bought recently and wanted to try out along with Killer Buns and Thighs by Jillian Michaels. Thanks for the challenge!
