  • well its very diff 2 predict the exact no of cals burned ...though hrm is considered 2 b most accurate.......... still i am happy with my machine figures as they take inputs like age,weight, resistance levels etc........ if ur elliptical take such inputs then it can probably estimate correct ones...........
