Looks good but I do feel you may want to try more fresh veggies - the V8 is ok but still high in sodium. Maybe put your dinner or lunch on a salad or saute a little spinach, etc., in olive oil. Yes but make sure you drink an extra glass of water for every cup of coffee. Your body needs the water to flush the fat.

I'm too busy to eat sometimes but I like to have something like a protein shake after my coffee so I'm not too jittery. I usually like to work out in the morning, so I need something light.
