I lost about 25 pounds so far. I still have a stomach, but I am losing inches and it does look smaller. I think we can be too picky of what we want to see that we dont see the minor changes. How much weight did you lose?

I know there is protein fortified milk that comes in different flavors such as vanilla, strawberry and chocolate which is 20 grams of protein. They are at Dominicks or Safeway. If it is on sale they are $1. I know Jewel has a different brand of protein milk and I didnt like them as much. Plus they were about $4.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I got about 19 more pounds to go to my ideal weight. I guess I can deal wth being a triple d, but I dont want to go higher than that. Are there any exercise to lose the fat. I think I am losing all my back fat. My back looks slimmer than it was before.

My band size decrease. Maybe my bust increase. I know there is 6 inches different from my bust to my band.

I went to Victoria Secret a few weeks ago to get measure. To see if I went down a size because of my weight loss. My band size went down, but my cup remain the same so it went up a size. I read online to figure out your cupsize is the difference between your band and bust.

I am starting a new gym this week so I get a free fitness consultation. I can ask the trainer for some advice. I heard that usually when you lose weight your bra size will go down.

I think pb is high in protein. Everythin good in moderation. Just dont eat the whole jar. ;)

I am 5'6, almost 27 years old. I want to get down to 155. That means I lost about 40 pounds. I like being curvy. I dont want to be skinny as bones, but more slender.
