Did the 60 for day 3. Thighs are tight but feels good, I know I'm working the way I need to. Added sit-ups to the regime. Glad I found this on here, it motivated me. Good group idea.

I am new and have the exact same trouble every day. I know need to do some food adjusting. I do eat pretty healthy and count everything I eat.
