Hi! I have 10-15 lbs that I would like to lose. I've lost and gained the last 7 lbs about a million times it feels like. Basically, I suck at consistancy. Hopefully, I will be logging my calories and trying to follow IIFYM consistently. I will also try to workout 4-6 days/week. Either running, yoga, and/or lifting weights.…
