  • Great job, Sandy! Bob, you can eat a teeny tiny taste of everything. Find a food scale over there and track every morsel. You can enjoy the indulgence guilt-free! Have a fab trip. Peg, I find that when I eat lean protein foods I have no cravings. I start every day with nonfat chobani vanilla yogurt...try it, it works!

  • Hang in there, Peg and Bob. Weight fluctuates for many reasons, meds certainly being a factor. I find if I eat foods with a lot of sodium, the next day my scale is squeaking. So, go lo-so the day before weigh-in! Keep tracking and exercising, and one week, the weight loss will catch up to you! Terri P.S. I just found this…
