I log everything because it is the portion size that makes you overweight. Think if you ate carrots all day how much sugar that would be. Yes natural but it would still be too much and that makes you overweight. Just because it is good for you doesn't mean you should't log it.

This is hilarious!!!! I honestly don't have a type. When looking at all my past bf's they range from Asian, Black, White, thick, skinny, blond, brown, tattoos, etc. There is not type. There is nothing that they all have in common at all. Maybe I need a type that is my problem :happy:

To keep me motivated I reward myself with every 5 lbs I lose since I don't really have that much to lose. The closer you get to your goal weight, the larger the prize. Under my desk I take my shoes off and then you can lift your legs up and down repeatidly or just hold them in the air. It makes it burn!! Or I have heard that you can flex your butt cheeks while you sit and that works! Hope this helps.
