Added you! I have about 110lbs to lose. I lost 140lbs a few years ago and regained almost 100. So I'm back at it now!

5' 6" 289lbs and currently have size 22, 20, and 18 all in my closet all different brands. (The 18 are stretchy)

You know those quit smoking patch commericals that are on TV now? Where a very tiny band starts playing a motivational song everytime the person choses not to smoke. Just picture your very on tiny band cheering you on when you say no to the doughnut!
