  • My first thought is to leave her and do it now. I understand you may feel like you shouldn't speak up and say how you'd like to be trained since she is the "expert". But if you are paying this woman to perform a service and she is not performing the way you want her to then you need to get out now. Why would you waste your…
  • I mix it up depending on my weight lifting schedule. On leg days I'll do about 15 minutes on an elliptical or rowing machine, work out legs and then go back to cardio (if I have enough energy - which most days I do) then I'll do 30 more minutes on the stairs or something. On days I'm working out arms I'll do more cardio…
  • Sounds like some people are jealous. If it wasn't jealousy they would have come to you personally to air their grievance. Sometimes people give me a hard time about things. Someone told me I was going to become "one of those weird people" because I said I was weaning myself off sweeteners. If that's weird I welcome myself…
  • Lays potato chips. The plain ones. I swear there's crack in them.
  • I usually don't count my workout calories at all. I go to the gym 5-6 days per week and spend at least an hour working out. Sometimes cardio, mostly weight training. I used iifym calculator to figure out my TDEE and subtracted 15% for weight loss. If I find I've gotten a little out of hand with my calories for the day I'll…
  • Not to beat a dead horse but it really looks like you need to eat a little bit more. I'm no nutritionist but in the last 2 years I've lost 20 lbs and dropped by BF to 17%. In the last few weeks my weight loss has completely stalled. My boyfriend suggested I eat a little more. This wasn't the first time I've heard that. But…
  • I love the ab roller. 3x15 - I try and hold the last one out there as long as I can before rolling back up. Leg raises. Crunches. Weighted sit ups. Pull ups. I usually do three different exercises for abs each workout.
  • You go, girl! Wonderful results.
  • I get up at 5 every morning to be at the gym by 5:30. Usually in bed by 9-9:30. That doesn't mean I'm asleep, though. Some nights it's right to sleep, other I'll be up till 10-10:30, just depends.
  • 15 in a little less than a year. This **** is hard.
  • I do the same. Wake up at 5, get dressed and out the door. I don't eat anything but I do make a pre-drink. Cellucor C4. As soon as I get home I make my whey shake with almond milk around 7/7:30 and eat breakfast (eggs, or oats, or banana) when I get to the office around 8:30 or 9.
  • I am so impressed by everyone's progress. This will be my first photo post so wish me luck! Not necessarily and "after" yet, but here is my progress. SW - 145/140 (in-between there) CW - 120; Goal - ??? who knows, I just want to look good naked.
  • If you use your phone for music when you work out, there's a really cool CT fletcher app. There's a few free downloads of him just talking smack which I've listened to a couple of times while doing some things. Other than that I find just changing up my jams helps a lot. Depending on my workouts I'll have a different…
  • Put a cookies n cream one in the microwave last night for the first time. My world was rocked.
  • If you have the book you can download the PDFs. http://www.werkit.com/programs/nrol4w?token=7903af30-bb16-012a-f18c-001b63c16cd4 Go there. Should explain it all.
  • I lift every day. (6 days a week) with 30 mins HIIT cardio. My friend and I are currently following the LiveFit Trainer on Bodybuilding.com. This was my first time trying weights so it was very helpful to have each day broken down already for you.
  • 1 Awesome success! 2. Now I want to watch the Labyrinth.
  • Love the Scrooge McDuck up there.
  • I starting using this program a few weeks ago. Currently on week 4 after doing week 3 twice. I do it 6 days a week and just overwrite the old data. I don't progress to a new week until I feel comfortable enough in the week I'm working on. Working pretty well now. So long as you're progressing at your own pace and listening…
