My starting weight is 215lbs, hoping to get down to 205lbs by the end of august. I'm in. I've only lost 9lbs this year and I feel like I've hit a wall. I'm doing a 47 mile cycle in September and will need to increase my training in preparation for this. Any support and encouragement appriciated :)
