I have a FitBit. Been Using it for almost 2 weeks. It has helped tremendously with my weight loss. The best part about the Fitbit is that it can be synced to your MFP account. It automatically sends info to MFP about how many calories you've burned so you can know how many you have left to eat. It is very small and…

Honestly, I eat a 1200 calorie a day diet. I know some people consider it "the bare minimum" because it is the lowest that MFP will let you go. However, I am 5'2" and considerably overweight due to PCOS. My doctor and a dietitian have both told me that 1200 calories a day is a good number for me. Believe it or not, I eat…

Two ways depending on my mood: 2 Tablespoons of Sugar-Free French Vanilla coffee creamer and one splenda OR 2 Tablespoons of low-fat half and half, two splenda, and a pump of sugar-free flavored syrup (usually vanilla or chocolate)

PopSecret 100 calorie minibags and light or fat free Italian dressing. Sounds weird, but I drizzle a little over the popcorn and occasionally add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. It's DELICIOUS!

I am also on a 1200 cal a day diet. I was NOT happy about this when I first began with MFP, but like you, I am STUFFED at the end of the day,and if I eat over my limit, I feel terrible. Once a week, I also allow myself to have whatever I want (for one meal) and I'll exercise a little extra that day to make up for it. Not…

OK, I'm going to be honest. I am a buffalo chicken wing addict! My dad seriously makes THE BEST. Before I started dieting, I would think nothing of eating 20 wings in one sitting. They were just THAT good. I've been kind of depressed that they're so bad for you (all the butter and oil) and haven't had any since the diet…

Count me in! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Wii fit! I have been getting into the habit of using it every day. I unlocked the free-mode in aerobic step and I can have it playing while I walk and watch other things on TV. It works really well for me!

I'm giving up an hour of my nightly TV watching and replacing it with an extra hour of exercising. I find that giving up food for Lent never works for me. I feel doubly guilty for not sticking to the diet AND breaking my promise to God.... so I give up something not healthy and replace it with something productive. I use…

Hi Suzanne, Like you, I'm a "serial-dieter" and have been since I was around 11 or 12. YIKES! My fingers are crossed that I stick with this too! Congrats on being a mommy. I have PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome) My hubby and I have been trying to conceive for two years and - no luck. There's a chance if I lose some of…
